CaloFitly is provided by In Medics Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
CaloFitly is a food diary. It estimates the calorie and nutrient content of meals from a photograph or a description, tracks what you eat, and calculates daily targets from the details you provide.
Every number in the app is an estimate. Recognition from a photograph cannot know what is inside a dish, how it was cooked, or how much oil was used. Daily targets are calculated with standard formulas that describe averages, not you specifically. Generated meal plans are suggestions.
CaloFitly is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use it to manage a medical condition. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney or liver disease, a thyroid disorder, or any other condition affected by diet, speak to a doctor before changing how you eat.
If you have or have had an eating disorder, calorie counting can be harmful. Please consult a professional before using an app of this kind.
You must be old enough to use the app under the App Store age rating and the law where you live. CaloFitly is not designed for children: calorie restriction is not appropriate for people who are still growing.
An account is optional — the diary works without one. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at help@in-medics.pro if you believe someone else has access to it.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data from our servers.
CaloFitly is free to use. Photo recognition runs on paid infrastructure, so there is a daily limit on the number of photographs that can be analysed. You agree not to:

Everything you put into the diary remains yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to process your photographs for recognition and to store your entries so that they reach your other devices. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
The app itself — its design, texts, calculations and code — belongs to In Medics Limited. You may use it, but not copy, resell or redistribute it.
We may change the app, add or remove features, and introduce paid features in future. We may also stop offering the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice so you can retrieve your data.
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and on your internet connection. We do not promise it will be available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make about your diet, health or weight based on the app's estimates, nor for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page and announce significant changes in the app.
